Delivery times

Stocked items are dispatched on a 1–3 working day service. Made-to-measure items are manufactured to order; cutting and toughening typically adds a short lead time, which we will confirm when you order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — please do not book fitters or trades until your glass has arrived and been inspected.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free delivery applies to all orders over £200. We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland; we do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Receiving your glass

Glass is fragile in transit even when toughened. Please check your delivery on arrival before signing for it where possible, and report any breakage or damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@toughenedglassdirect.co.uk (photos help us resolve things quickly). We will replace goods damaged in transit at no cost to you.
