Delivery times

Greenhouse glass panels and stove glass are stocked items and are dispatched on a 1-3 working day service. Standard size products are dispatched in 3-5 working days. Cut to size and made to order toughened glass is cut and toughened for your order and delivered in 7-10 working days. Stove and fire glass is heat resistant glass-ceramic, not toughened glass, and is cut to size and dispatched in 1-3 working days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, please do not book fitters or trades until your glass has arrived and been inspected.

Delivery charges

Delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland is a flat £8.95 per order, sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Orders over £200 are delivered free. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Receiving your glass

Glass is fragile in transit even when toughened. Please check your delivery on arrival before signing for it where possible, and report any breakage or damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@toughenedglassdirect.co.uk (photos help us resolve things quickly). We will replace goods damaged in transit at no cost to you.
