10mm Toughened Balcony Glass 1200x1000mm

This 1200 x 1000mm toughened balcony glass panel is made from 10mm safety glass, for use as an infill panel in post and handrail balcony systems, where the posts and handrail carry the load, giving balconies and terraces a clear barrier that keeps the view open.

Toughened (tempered) glass is heat-treated to be around five times stronger than standard float glass of the same thickness, and in the rare event of breakage it crumbles into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards — the safe choice for balconies and terraces.

• Size: 1200 x 1000mm
• Thickness: 10mm toughened safety glass (BS EN 12150)
• Check the panel specification against your balcony system and building-regulation requirements before ordering. Not for frameless or channel-fixed balconies, which need thicker or laminated glass
• Wipe-clean and hygienic
• Manufactured in the UK
