    Arrised edges are ground smooth and safe to handle, right for glass that sits in a frame or channel. For glass whose edge is on show, such as shelves, table tops and splashbacks, choose polished (a bright, smooth edge) or bevelled. Polished adds £3.60 a metre on 4mm and 6mm, £6.00 on 8mm and £8.40 on 10mm. Bevelled adds £18.00, £36.00 and £48.00 a metre.

    Please allow a 2 to 3mm fitting tolerance in all designs. Internal corners and notches are cut with a 9mm radius as standard, or a 20mm radius where the edge is polished, so the glass survives toughening.

    Made-to-measure toughened wet room glass panels, cut to the width and height you enter. Arrised edges included; choose polished or bevelled edges in the options for glass whose edge is on show. Use drilled holes if you need positions for fittings or channels.

    Minimum 0.25 m2 per pane (smaller panes are charged as 0.25 m2). Typical made-to-order lead time 7–10 working days.
