Where do I find my stove make and model?
Look for the data plate. It is usually on the back of the stove, underneath it, or on a plate that slides or swings out from below. The manual and the installer paperwork name the model too. If you cannot find it, measure the old glass and order it cut to size.
How do I measure stove glass?
Measure the old glass, not the door: width first, then height, in millimetres. Check the glass is flat, because we do not supply curved glass. If a listed size is within a millimetre or two of yours, check it against the old pane before you order.

How do I fit it?
Wear gloves. Undo the clips or screws that hold the old glass and lift it out, then clean the recess. The glass should sit on rope seal or glass tape, never straight against the metal, so replace the seal if it is worn. Put the clips back and tighten them gently and evenly, only enough to hold the pane. Glass that is clamped tight can crack when the stove heats up.

What if it arrives broken?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at info@toughenedglassdirect.co.uk, with a photo if you can, and we send a replacement at no cost to you.

Aarrow stove glass in 4mm NeoCeram ceramic
Replacement glass for Aarrow stoves, cut from 4mm NeoCeram heat resistant ceramic glass. It is the right glass for a wood burning or multi fuel stove whose pane has cracked or crazed.
